I am sure many of you would agree that Penang has never seen such a big crowd converging onto this little island especially komtar area.No thanks to bad and reactive planning of traffic management years ago, Penangites are waking to the reality that many Malaysians are now trying to save dollars from travelling overseas and instead visit Penang.
